We exist to serve our
clients and customers. That is why at Yelka Day Spa we take extra
special care of each and every client and customer. We guarantee that
all our services and products will be the highest quality that we
can provide.
Appointments
If possible, we recommend that you make an appointment at least two
weeks in advance. However, please feel free to call at any time, as
there are occasional last-minute cancellations. |

Reservations
Our reservation desk is open six days a week, Monday through Thursday: 9AM
to 7PM; Friday through Saturday; 9AM to 6PM. Please call 650.969.1117 for
reservations. A credit card (Visa, Master Card) or a Yelka Gift Certificate
number is required to guarantee your appointment.
Group Reservations
We welcome groups of three to five.

Cancellation Policy
At Yelka Day Spa we set aside time just for you to ensure that your
experience here is the best it can be. Our attention is focused on
you as our most valuable client while you are here. We only ask that
our clients also respect this time. That is why a courtesy of 24 hours
notice would be appreciated when canceling any appointments. If you
are unable to give the necessary notice, you will only be charged
half the price (50%) of the scheduled appointment. For “no-shows”
there will be a full (100%) charge for scheduled appointment. For
multiple appointments we require a 48 hour cancellation notice. A
credit card, gift certificate number, or prepayment is required to
guarantee your appointment. Yelka Gift Certificates, if applied toward
an appointment cancelled without proper notice, may be voided. |
Promptness
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late
will deprive you of precious minutes from your spa experience. Unfortunately,
no matter how late your treatment begins it will end on time. This way the
next client is not delayed.
Children
Children are welcome only if they have an appointment and are accompanied
by a guardian.
Consideration
The Spa is an oasis of tranquility. Please respect the privacy and
quiet time of other spa clients by turning off your mobile phones,
pagers, and hand held devices. Mobile phone conversations are not
allowed to take place by clients while inside the spa, thank you.

Discount Coupons
If you are a Yelka Day Spa client you are entitled to certain promotional
discounts. All we need is your mailing address and/or your email address.
Referral Program
Refer a friend for a facial, body treatment, or massage and receive a $10
discount on any of these three services and a 10 percent discount on any
Yelka Skin and Body Care product. Accumulate 5 referrals and receive a $50
discount on any facial, body treatment, or massage. Privacy
Guarantee
Yelka Day Spa will never give out or sell your private information, such
as mailing addresses, email, treatments received, birthdays, etc.

Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a product, return
the unused portion of the product, and we will issue you a credit
for future use. We are sorry but we do not issue cash or credit card
refunds. No returns are accepted after 30 days. |
Gratuity
Gratuities are by no means required as spa etiquette, although they are
always appreciated. It is merely a way to show your Spa Specialist that
you were overly pleased with your treatment and/or service. If you choose
to pay a gratuity please do so directly to the Spa Specialist provider or
let the front desk know that you would like to add it on to the final bill. |
